The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
*Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment verification is complete.
*Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination.
- Domestic Shipping: US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- International Shipping time: After processing and leaving the store, international shipping may take up to 14 days to arrive at their destination and is very much dependent on the customs and import process in your country. You will have estimated delivery time calculated by the carrier during checkout.(does not include processing time)
Customs & Regulations
Please Note: We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred.
*** 12 hrs after order placed
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hrs after order placed. When you receive your order number and order confirmation, check if there are any mistakes/issues; if any contact us immediately before order goes out. After order is shipped and tracking number provided, we will not be able to cancel your order or retrieve any packages ( you will be responsible for the return cost )
*** Our policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (inspection may take up to 1-3 business days)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your credit card processing time. (Since we offer free shipping, you will receive full refund if return approved, but if you paid for shipping (expedited or international) that paid shipping amount is non-refundable since it was use, in some situations)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
*** If you haven’t received a refund yet, after 10 business days passed, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
